This sounds like a fantastic opportunity! I was unaware of these short-term Fulbright programs for career services professionals. Does the location change each year, or is thie program always based in Germany? You mentioned France, India, Japan, and Korea, but perhaps those programs have a different focus than the Germany program (something other than career services)?

One thing....I seriously question the requirement that the person be a "supervisor" to be eligible. It seems to me that a career counselor who is actually working with students every single day (as opposed to our supervisors who do not) is more in need and deserving of this kind of training than someone who doesn't work with students regularly. Just a thought.
