Remember the KEYS to a successful mentoring program:
1. Trust
2. Open communication
3. Setting standards and expectations for the relationship
4. Adhering to responsibilities and boundaries
5. Follow program definitions and use the resources.

Serving as a mentor on this team last year was most rewarding to me. I expanded my world view of career advocacy when working with a member from Japan! I believe we both grew in our understanding and appreciation of career connections!
