Windie Wilson, CCSP, GCDF, NCDA Master Trainer, has developed and managed workforce development programs for a wide range of customer groups for more than twenty years. Windie currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC). CAC is a public agency in Knoxville, Tennessee, which delivers a wide range of social service and anti-poverty programming. Windie is the former Director of the Tennessee Customized Employment Partnership, serving individuals with significant disabilities. She has delivered NCDA’s Facilitating Career Development training in multiple states and has been a contributing author to NCDA’s Facilitating Career Development curriculum and the NCDA Career Knowledge Series. Windie is a founding member and past president of the Tennessee Career Development Association and was selected as a Marano Fellow at Aspen Institute’s Sector Skills Academy.
