Mary Ann Powell has been the Convention and Special Projects Director at NCDA since 2001. She previously worked for the Oklahoma Dept. of Career and Technical Education. She was the Director of the NOICC Training Support Center and worked with the original developers of the Facilitating Career Development Training Program. She has watched this program grow from a small regional project to a large internationally recognized training and certification program. Mary Ann is an alum of Oklahoma State University.
