TEC Advisory Council - Melanie Diffey

Melanie has more than ten years of career development experience between workforce development and higher education. She currently serves as the Career Counselor at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas, where she also teaches professional development coursework and facilitates ELEVATE: The Career Advancement Academy. She is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, a GCDF, and a trained Facilitating Career Development Instructor. Melanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Point Loma Nazarene University, her Master of Arts in Education from Ashford University, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Human Resource and Workforce Development Education from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
